Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
Not even a little. If you can click, type, and upload a photo, you’ve got everything it takes. The software handles the layout — you just make it personal.
Most likely, yes. Sunset Software supports a wide range of stationery sizes and formats. If your printer handles it, we can probably work with it.
We’re real people and we actually pick up. Between the built-in Help Center, tutorial videos, and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed — you won’t be left figuring it out alone.
Yes. You can add employees, assign roles, and manage access so everyone on your team has what they need — and only what they need.
Yes. Your cases, your families, your files — all stored securely. We take data seriously.
Most tools make you work around them. Sunset Software was built specifically for funeral directors, which means the workflow actually makes sense for how you work. No workarounds. No “close enough.”
We do. Reach out and we’ll set you up — no pressure, no hard sell. Just a chance to see if it’s the right fit.
Absolutely. Multi-location support is built in, including separate logos and branding per location.
Yes! If your funeral home uses Passare, you can send case data directly into Sunset Software without retyping a thing. Once the integration is set up on your account, you trigger the sync from within Passare and everything comes over — name, dates, service events, and photos — ready to go in the Studio. Setup is a one-time process that we walk you through, and once it's done, it just works. If you're a Passare user and want to get that connection established, reach out and we'll get you sorted.
Primary Contacts are the administrators of your account — they have full access to settings, billing, and account management, and they’re the main point of contact when your team needs support. Every plan includes two. If you need to add a third, it’s $100/month — think of it as an additional seat at the table. More access, more responsibility, and a little more of our time making sure they’re set up and supported the right way.
